Forms: Membership and Building Usage
Becoming a Member

If you would like to become a member of the Beloved Community, please fill out the Membership form. Paper copies can be sent in (via email at [email protected] or snail mail: 900 Brilowski Rd Stevens Point WI 54482) and the pastor will contact you once we receive the form. Or you can drop it off in person!
Open the pdf and select the printer icon. Select a printer and print the form. Once the form is completed, please bring the printed form to Beloved's Office. 
Paper Copies can be found at the building.​

Building Usage


If you wish to use the Building, then please
1.Check our Building Calendar to see if there are openings on your chosen date/s.
2.Choose the appropriate policy/liability  button; the form will download for you to read. Make sure our requirements meet your expectations/needs.
2. Fill out the request for Usage. if you need help, call the office (715-341-3233)
3. If request is approved, you will be contacted by the Office Manager and you will need to fill out and submit: 
              a. Policy/Liability document (profit, non-profit, member)
              b. Key Deposit
4. Please use Cleaning Checklist to return the space to how you found it!
